GCA Admission Procedures

REGISTRATION

General enrollment information: Enrollment information for each upcoming school year is available on our website. Online registration begins in May.  Please keep in mind our specific dates published on our calendar. New families must first submit an application and await approval before enrolling for classes. A new applicant fee of $75 per student will be incurred. There is a non-refundable registration fee for each class. Class registration fees will be applied upon completion of enrollment. An Early Bird discount of 10% will be applied to registrations received before July 1.

NEW Families: Online Application and Enrollment Process

  • Click here to start the application process. The $75 new student fee may be mailed to GCA or brought to the new family interview.
    IMPORTANT NOTE: Students transferring from Red Lion Christian Academy or Tall Oaks Classical School do not need to submit a new student application. E-mail us so we can make an internal transfer.
  • Attend the New Family Interview. Once the completed application, all required documentation, and the application fee have been received by the GCA Admissions Office, the family will be contacted to schedule an interview.
  • Upon acceptance, you will receive email notification containing enrollment instructions.
  • Complete enrollment process in ParentsWeb: request classes, set up payment plan in FACTS, and complete all paperwork. Please consult the class schedule grids and course descriptions for more class information.

Payment plans: Tuition is processed through the FACTS payment processing website. During the online enrollment process, families will be directed to the FACTS website. All registration, tuition, and incidental payments will be handled through FACTS; therefore, enrollment will not be finalized without setting up and selecting a tuition payment plan. Using the FACTS system allows families the flexibility to choose one of several tuition payment plans. An annual fee will be incurred. All class registration fees will be due immediately upon enrollment (processed within ten business days) through FACTS. RLCA at Glasgow and Umbrella School registration fees will be applied at a later date.

  • Receive confirmation of enrollment/tuition charges and selected payment schedule via email from FACTS. This confirmation will not be received immediately as the completed enrollment for each student in the family must be processed before fees are applied in FACTS (could take up to 15 business days).

RETURNING families: Online Re-enrollment Process

  • An enrollment email will be sent to returning families. 
  • Please consult the class schedule grids and course descriptions. You will need each Course name and ID number.
  • Log into your account on www.RenWeb.com.  Complete enrollment process in ParentsWeb: request classes, set up payment plan in FACTS, and complete all paperwork. The class schedule grids and course descriptions are available.

All registration, tuition, and incidental payments will be handled through FACTS; therefore, re-enrollment will not be finalized without setting up and selecting a tuition payment plan. All class registration fees will be due immediately upon re-enrollment (processed within ten business days) through FACTS. RLCA at Glasgow and Umbrella School registration fees will be applied at a later date.

Miscellaneous and Drop/Add Fees

  • A drop/add fee of $25 for any changes to registration will be applied after June 30.
  • The deadline for refund of tuition due to cancellations or changes in registration is September 30. Payments are not refunded for classes cancelled due to weather.
  • We strongly discourage registration for high school students after December 31 due to the difficulty of achieving academic success when entering mid-year. Admission for new students entering after this date will be considered on an individual basis.

Reach Christian Schools reserve the right to decline admission to a student if we feel that the school is unable to adequately provide for the student's special needs and believe that the student would be better off at another educational institution.
